Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Liaison to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless communication between clients and construction teams, while overseeing project execution to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and specifications are met.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site crews.
• Prepare project budgets, estimate costs, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Conduct site inspections to uphold quality standards and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety standards.
• Convert inbound leads into signed contracts and meet sales targets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules and coordinate logistics.
• Anticipate project risks and proactively resolve issues.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
• Handle permitting, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.
• Optimize use of labor, materials, and equipment.
• Mentor team members and subcontractors for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed on construction trends, market conditions, and new technologies.
• Use Buildertrend or similar CRM systems for project tracking and communication.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential or commercial construction project management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM and construction management software (Buildertrend preferred).
• Understanding of construction methods, compliance requirements, and budgeting practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Additional Details:

• A 90-day orientation period will apply.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
• Work hours are Monday through Friday, with availability required outside normal business hours depending on project demands.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
