Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the office management of the Clinic/Private Behavior School
- Serve as first point of contact for all potential ABA client/school students - following up within 72 hours:
- Ensure completion and submission of all information/paperwork required
- Accurately input and scan all billing, medical and other client information into EMR.
- Maximize revenue by ensuring all treatments have required authorization, plan of care, prescription, etc. and entering any required billing data.
- Manage and schedule initial evaluations and on-going scheduling of treatments for the clinic.
- Complete and/or provide required statistics and data for reports.
- Manage the Plan of Care process (sending, receiving, tracking, follow-up).
- Collect and post payments. Follow-up with outstanding payments to ensure accounts are in good standing.
- Coordinate staff schedules and activities to ensure maximum efficiency alongside clinical supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

QualificationsEducation and Training:
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma
Minimum Experience:
- 1 year as an medical office manager or office manager
- Experience with third party billing.
- Experience maintaining health records
- Experience navigating medical scheduling software
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (word, outlook and Excel)
