The Sauna Attendant position is responsible for membership sales, customer service, and maintenance of a clean studio environment. This person is reliable, exhibits a strong moral fiber, possesses a positive attitude and solid work ethic. Do you have a passion for promoting health and wellness? Primary Responsibilities:

• The Sauna Attendant maintains cleanliness throughout the operating hours by cleaning and sanitizing high traffic areas in the studio throughout daily operations. Including but not limited to: reception areas, sauna rooms, restroom, showers, and laundry room to ensure they are functional and maintained.
• Reset Sauna Suites and Red Light/Advanced Light Therapy rooms by taking soiled towels, sanitizing and putting tighter individual rooms with towels for preparation of next guests' appointments and keeping a running tally of reject towels.
• Regular maintenance and organization including folding and rolling towels while organizing them into the facilities towel supply area, making our complementary mint towels, restocking and maintaining stock of essential supplies while keeping them organized and easily accessible, as well as removing trash and recycling.

● Understand and speak to the science, technology, and benefits of Infrared sauna, chromotherapy, Red Light therapy and the value of having a beem™ Light Sauna Membership

● Responsible for greeting members and ensuring everything about their visit is

● Contribute to a high-energy, fun, and engaged membership culture at the studio through promotions, events and brand recognition

● Model our mission, vision and values leading by example

● Provide consistent, top-notch service and maintain the highest level of customer service

● Genuine desire to help people to ensure members' experiences are above and beyond therefore members will refer others and be brand loyal

● Attend all staff meetings to stay abreast of company news and to share new or pertinent information, offer suggestions or ideas for promotions, management, and organization of the studio

● Follow all company policies and procedures

● Project a favorable image of the company to promote its objectives and to foster and enhance public recognition

● Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the General Manger's/Owner's discretion

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
