White Lotus Day Spa is seeking an exceptional Spa Coordinator. As a Spa Coordinator, you are the face of our spa. Our Spa Coordinator oversees the daily operations of the spa, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and staff while maintaining a professional and friendly personality.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting guests
• Scheduling appointments and answering phones
• Checking guests in and out and ensuring the accuracy of all transactions
• Maintaining a beautiful spa, retail space, and reception area
• Membership, spa boutique, and product sales
• Provide education to guests regarding our retail products and items, and our treatments offered for optimal results
• Maintain and provide accurate and timely responses to all guest inquiries and ensuring an exceptional guest experience
• Willingness to work as a team player to proactively support the spa's needs
• Attention to detail in all aspects of spa coordinators responsibilities
• Proficiency in basic math and retail math for cash handling and transactions
• Proficient typing and data entry skills
• Knowledge of treatments, Reservations, Booking times, and Retail Products

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting with appointment scheduling knowledge
• Adapts quickly to new systems and service offerings, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent guest care
• Pleasant disposition and professional appearance that gives a positive image to Spa guests.
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, Punctual, Passionate and Goal-Driven
• Must have ability to prioritize and organize work assignments and be capable of multitasking
• Ability to interact with all associates and resort guests
• Effectively handle stressful, high-pressure situations
• Self motivated

This is a Part Time position, working weekdays & weekends with shifts primarily between 9:30 am to 6:30pm.
