Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, ensuring proper phone etiquette is maintained.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for staff members.
- Perform office management tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilize Square for our POS, CRM
- Assist with administrative duties such as proofreading documents and preparing correspondence.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
- Support team members with various tasks as required, demonstrating effective time management skills.
- Understanding of Social Media and posting
Experience
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and computer literacy is essential for daily operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting skills is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for interacting with clients and staff.
- A background in clerical work is a plus, enhancing overall office efficiency.
