About The Role:
- In this role, the Business Operations Coordinator coordinates and processes client requests for quotes received by email or via API intake into our system platform. The Business Operations Coordinator is responsible for the timely intake and transmitting of appraisal bid detail between our valuation professionals and clients with a high level of accuracy.
What You'll Do:
- Process emails requesting quotes in shared mailbox, via system platform and web leads.
- Handle and update professional's login credentials via a secure vault.
- Access client portals for sourcing property details.
- Reference various resource documents as well as internal and external apps and platforms ensuring quotes handling accuracy to client requirements, research of prior appraisal and potential conflicts.
- Coordinate with professionals and/or other groups in efforts to progress stalled quotes.
- Follow a standard mailbox structure and core SOP above company guidelines.

- Validated work experience as an Operations Coordinator or similar role.
- Familiarity working with Smartsheet, Outlook, Adobe and MS Office 10 or above
- Outstanding time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities
- Good interpersonal skills building positive relationships with colleagues and field professionals
- Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening
- Able to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of channels
- Proficient in successful planning and problem-solving
- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
