Red Rock Behavioral Health Services is a 501(c)3 nonprofits organization that provides a comprehensive array of behavioral health services for individuals of all ages who are suffering from mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders. About the Role:

The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the operations of our health care and social assistance services. This position is responsible for ensuring that administrative tasks are executed efficiently, allowing our team to focus on providing high-quality care to our clients. The successful candidate will manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and maintain accurate records, contributing to the overall effectiveness of our organization. By facilitating communication and organization, the Administrative Assistant will help create a positive environment for both staff and clients. Ultimately, this role is essential in enhancing the productivity and service delivery of our health care team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a health care or social assistance setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience with community mental health services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain calendars for team members, scheduling appointments and meetings as necessary.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, including booking transportation and accommodations.
  • Answer and direct multi-line phone calls, providing information and assistance to clients and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring that all documentation is organized and easily accessible.
  • Assist with general clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and preparing correspondence.

Skills:

The required skills for this position, such as calendar management and general clerical abilities, are essential for maintaining an organized workflow. Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems ensures effective communication with clients and team members.
