What You'll Do:

  • Support the leasing team with administrative tasks related to leasing, resident onboarding, renewals, and documentation
  • Handle CRM and Yardi data entry, updates, and reporting with accuracy and efficiency
  • Communicate confidently with prospective residents and current tenants—both in-person and digitally
  • Maintain organized leasing files and schedules
  • Help coordinate tours, events, and day-to-day front office operations
  • Jump in wherever needed to keep the team running smoothly and the energy high!
  • Assist the team in coordinating and running resident events

Who You Are:

  • Fun, friendly, and genuinely social—you enjoy connecting with people
  • 1 year of experience in leasing or an urban multi-family property setting
  • Proficient in CRM and Yardi
  • A confident communicator—whether it's email, phone, or face-to-face
  • Naturally organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks
  • A team player who's ready to grow and contribute to a positive work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
