HOW A TELECOM ANALYST JUNIOR WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Accept inventory deliveries
- Prepare and ship equipment for deployments
- Provide cut sheets for equipment needed for each site
- Manage and oversee all aspects of voice invoices - track work, voice circuit cancellations, invoices, and payments
- Support deployment and O&M activities
RELATED TECHNICAL SKILLSExperience with Avaya network hardware, Cisco voice & network equipment, Sangoma voice gateways
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience. Substitutions Allowed: Certificate of Training (equivalent to 2 years of undergraduate work); No Degree (4 years of related experience)
CLEARANCE: Top Secret (TS) level with the ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)
LOCATION: Washington, DC
