Position Overview

Successful long time State Farm Agent in Phx- Ahwatukee is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Licensed Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. Active Property and Casualty license is required.

Please only apply if you meet the following criteria:

1. Must have 2 plus years insurance experience

2. Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license

3. Must have the ability to commute to our Phoenix, AZ office location (Hybrid position: 2-3 days a week in-office, rest of week at home)

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

• Property & Casualty license (required)
