Description
IPS is seeking dedicated Office and Administrative staff to be the backbone of our innovative team. Responsibilities & Expectations:
Support service operations with dispatching, billing, invoicing, data entry, incoming service calls and tracking parts.
- Service calls: take incoming service calls from customers then process, record and coordinate service call appointments with technicians and customers, and follow up on customers inquiries
- Parts: assist with evaluating all parts required on service orders, track and reconcile parts orders
- Service Orders: Track, review, invoice and bill service orders as needed
- Data entry: enter write-ups and time sheets from technicians, document all correspondence in CRM
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Related experience in an industrial environment preferred
- Intermediate to advanced experience working with Microsoft Office
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual - English, Spanish preferred
- Able to work in a fast paced, service-oriented environment
- Requires excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
