Overall Responsibility: To serve as a liaison between customers, service technicians and sales representatives. Assist customers in scheduling service and resolving concerns. Perform additional customer communications duties.

Phase One Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and return all phone calls to customers in an appropriate amount of time.
• Enter new customers into computer.
• Schedule services as needed.
• Communicate with technicians and sales staff of any changes to their schedules and/or work.
• Type up contracts for technicians and sales staff.
• Create and mail new customer letters.
• Create, print, and mail postcards monthly (for quarterly, semi-annual, and annual customers).
• Work cooperatively with all departments and employees.
• Perform additional tasks as instructed by management.

Phase Two Responsibilities:

• Maintain chemical inventory, order chemicals, and record use.
• Print statements, renewals, and booster letters.

Phase Three Responsibilities:

• Process payments.
• Manage collections.

Qualifications:

• Good written, verbal, follow up and telephone communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Abilities to sell and communicate.
• Excellent human-relations skills - a sense of humor.
• Basic skills in reading, writing, and math.
• Must remain open and flexible to changes in the industry, as well as the growth and evolution of the office.
