Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant job responsibilities such as filing, typing and will interact with manufacturers and vendors by answering inquiries regarding quotes

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

Work involves planning, organizing, coordinating, and preparing bid specifications for purchasing commodities and services; preparing procurement documents; and maintaining detailed records.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a good work ethic and be a team player.
• Will Train
• Required to know how to use QuickBooks
• Required to know how to use Microsoft Outlook
