We are seeking a results-oriented Program Manager to design and execute scalable programs that drive engagement, performance, and alignment across our Sales Teams, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and Cloud Engineering functions. This role sits at the heart of our go-to-market (GTM) engine, supporting cross-functional initiatives that enhance productivity, readiness, and field impact.
As Program Manager, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Product stakeholders to define priorities, manage execution, and ensure our programs are measurable, consistent, and impactful. This is a highly collaborative and visible role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys driving alignment across diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the planning and execution of GTM programs that support field engagement, sales acceleration, and technical pre-sales impact.
- Develop engagement models and campaigns tailored for Sales Reps, SDRs, and Cloud Engineers, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver trainings, campaigns, incentives, and events that drive adoption and performance.
- Establish program governance, cadences, and reporting frameworks to monitor effectiveness and surface insights.
- Manage timelines, resources, and communication plans for major GTM initiatives and field engagements.
- Track KPIs and provide regular program updates to leadership, with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to Sales, SDR, and Cloud Engineering leadership to evolve program needs and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a GTM, sales, or enablement context.
- Strong understanding of sales motions, technical pre-sales engagement, and demand generation models.
- Proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project management tools and performance tracking/reporting tools is a plus.
- PMP, Agile, or other project/program management certifications are a plus but not required.

Meets with Sales leaders to create strategic marketing plan in support of pipeline and revenue objectives. Participant on Sales leadership team and regular pipeline and forecast review meetings. Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management, Oracle Direct (Telesales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting. Acts as a virtual team liaison for corporate business initiatives, programs and launches. Provides recommendations on program delivery to HQ virtual team leads. Communicates program status, action items, and deliverables across Field Marketing team and Sales.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
