Free movies, free popcorn, flex schedules…and more! As a Bartender at AMC, you'll be part of the action, making sure our guests enjoy every sip of their movie experience. We provide all the training you need to shake, stir, and pour like a pro—all while having a great time on the job.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Willing to complete any required training and certifications, all provided by AMC.

Requirements to be performed, with or without reasonable accommodation:

• Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and bending on a frequent basis.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry it up to 90 feet (or deposit into dumpster or trash compactor).
• Ability to stand on feet for an extended period of time.

Job Description

What you will be doing:

• Welcome guests with a smile and serve up drinks that make their movie experience even better.
• Learn the basics of bartending with our provided training, including how to mix tasty drinks and pour perfect portions.
• Suggest our featured and premium beveragesu0026mdash;because who doesn't love trying something new at the movies?
• Check IDs and make sure we are only serving those 21 and older, following all the rules to keep it safe and fun.
• Keep the bar area clean and stocked, so it's ready for the next blockbuster crowd.
• Open the bar at the start of the day and close it down at nightu0026mdash;setting up and putting things back just the way you'd like to find them.
• Work as part of a team, supporting your fellow bartenders and making sure everything runs smoothly.
