Who We're Looking for:

Kaia is seeking a talented and versatile Visual Designer with a passion for web3 and crypto culture to join our growing Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual who understands crypto degens and wants to contribute to the KAIA family that's making a real difference in the web3 space.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong understanding of visual design principles within the context of web3 aesthetics and trends. You should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects, and bringing innovative web3 ideas to the table.

What You'll Do:

• Design compelling visuals tailored for web3 brand and marketing materials, including website graphics, crypto-native social media content, marketing campaigns, presentations, and more.
• Create engaging video content relevant to the crypto and web3 audience, including short promotional videos.
• Develop high-quality 3D assets for use in web3 marketing materials, virtual product visualizations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams on the visual execution of web3-focused campaigns and product launches.
• Utilize Figma to create and maintain design files, prototypes for web3 interfaces, and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies within the evolving web3 landscape.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Visual Designer, ideally with experience in a fast-paced web3 or crypto environment.
• A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing your visual design skills across various web3 social media.
• Demonstrated ability to create high-quality video content from concept to execution, tailored for a web3 audience.
• Experience in creating and implementing 3D assets for various web3 marketing campaigns.
• Strong proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping web3 user interfaces, and collaboration.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in the web3 context.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in the rapidly evolving web3 industry.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach with a strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of web3 culture.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with other web3 communities, network foundations is a plus.
