Role OverviewWe're looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive high-impact, cross-functional programs that advance the capabilities, scalability, and extensibility of the Oracle Analytics Data Plane. In this role, you will lead critical initiatives that enable the platform to serve as a multi-tenant host for multiple service teams (e.g. FDI, Fusion), ensure strong data governance and metadata controls, and extend the platform with AI/ML and GenAI-native services.
You will be responsible for managing and driving the delivery of complex, cross-organizational analytical programs that impact both product and business for Oracle Analytics. The role will have exposure to multiple critical business initiatives with executive level visibility. The position relies heavily on influence rather than authority to drive projects. You'll need to understand various cloud technologies and technical trade-offs. You will be expected to regularly attend high-level meetings to present project information and status to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional problem solver, a strong communicator (both written and verbal), with a well-rounded technical background and a history of leading large-scale projects end-to-end.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, with at least 5 years focused on large-scale data platforms or cloud-native SaaS architectures.
- Self-starter and comfortable operating at a fast pace with minimal direction.
- Ability to own and manage multiple programs simultaneously while dealing with ambiguity.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- A natural collaborator with a proven ability to work across teams to meet tight deadlines.
- Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills.
- Works well with all levels of senior leaders (from engineering to business) to drive results for core business initiatives.
- Proven ability to onboard and support internal or external services on a shared analytics platform.
- Expertise in agile program execution and tools (Jira, Confluence, Git).
- Executive presence with outstanding written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with FDI, Fusion Applications, or similar ERP/CRM analytics ecosystems.
- Experience delivering platform-scale multi-tenanted and governance initiatives.
- Deep technical understanding of analytics infrastructure: data ingestion pipelines, transformation frameworks, metadata services, and query engines.
- Prior experience integrating GenAI/LLM technologies into enterprise platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Vertex AI, OCI GenAI).
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), OAC, or other enterprise analytics stacks.
- Program or product certification (e.g., PMP, CSM, SAFe).

- Program Ownership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs focused on platform extensibility, governance, multi-tenancy, and service enablement.
- Service Integration: Partner with teams such as Fusion and FDI to onboard and scale their analytics use cases, ensuring platform readiness, stability, and performance.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Coordinate across engineering, product, design, security, and operations teams to define goals, align roadmaps, and track progress toward key deliverables.
- Strategic Influence: Communicate program progress, risks, and outcomes to executive stakeholders and influence priority decisions at the platform level.
- Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient execution through agile methodologies, risk management, transparent status reporting, and retrospectives.
- Collaboration: Partnering with team members, leaders, and program stakeholders across the Analytics, OCI and Fusion teams to develop a deep understanding of program objectives and KPIs, to agree priorities and to coordinate on project structure and deliveries.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
