SAP PSA Consultant - Freelance | 12-Month Contract | US-Based with Travel
We are supporting a leading pharmaceutical & energy client on a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program and are seeking a seasoned SAP PSA (Production Sharing Accounting) Consultant to support delivery within the upstream finance workstream.
Location: Houston, TX (50% onsite alternating weeks)Contract: 12-month freelance engagementStart Date: ASAPIndustry: Energy/Upstream Finance
Key Responsibilities:Act as subject matter expert for SAP PSA in upstream finance
Draft functional specs for custom developments and integrations
Build and unit test end-to-end PSA solutions
Lead PI planning efforts and prepare detailed User Stories
Support cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities
Collaborate with testing, training, and data teams
Engage with SAP product and client teams for issue resolution and risk mitigation
5+ years' experience in SAP PSA or Upstream Finance modules
Prior involvement in large-scale SAP ERP transformations
Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience working across technical and business teams
Able to commit to 50% travel as required
