Senior Accounts Payable Specialist Location: On-site (5 days/week) Salary: $70,000 - $80,000/year

Overview: Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for full-cycle AP processing and works closely with operations, purchasing, and vendors. Experience with Viewpoint Vista is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume PO and non-PO invoices

• Match invoices to POs and apply proper GL codes

• Handle credit card transactions, expense reports, and check runs

• Assist with 1099s, month-end close, journal entries, and compliance reporting

• Research and resolve vendor, tax, and PO-related issues

• Support interdepartmental communication and vendor relations

• Maintain organized records, approvals, and filings

• Provide AP support for audits and special projects

• Occasional travel to NYC office for training/support

Qualifications:

• 7 years of AP or accounting experience

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Viewpoint Vista experience is a plus

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
