Overview This accounting leadership role drives financial precision and operational excellence in a fast-paced construction environment. You'll oversee core functions like accounts payable and receivable, payroll, invoicing, monthly closes, bank reconciliations, tax filings, and audit readiness—while ensuring the financial health of every project. Your impact will be felt across budgeting, reporting, compliance, and process optimization.

What You'll Own

• End-to-end financial operations including cash flow, payroll, taxes, and cost tracking
• Month-end close, journal entries, project reconciliations, and bank reporting
• Job cost analysis and performance oversight across active projects
• External audit coordination and internal financial reporting
• Cross-department collaboration to enforce sound fiscal practices company-wide

What You Bring

• Bachelor's in Accounting
• CPA
• 5 years' experience in commercial construction or real estate
