Keyrus EPM, part of the global Keyrus Group, is seeking a proactive, experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing North American team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, people-first environment and who enjoys rolling up their sleeves across a wide variety of HR responsibilities — from employee experience to payroll, onboarding, and office coordination.

You'll collaborate closely with our global and regional HR teams to support day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Administration & Performance Management
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records.
  • Manage HR systems and tools (e.g., onboarding platforms, payroll portals, performance systems).
  • Coordinate and administer performance management cycles (mid-year reviews, promotion cycles, etc.).
  • Track employee progress through performance frameworks and support performance improvement plans (PIPs).

Compensation, Benefits & Payroll:

  • Administer bi-weekly payroll, bonuses, and reimbursements.
  • Support employee benefits programs (e.g., health, retirement, wellness).
  • Act as point of contact for all benefits-related queries and escalations.
  • Maintain and update compensation tracking files and variable pay agreements.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including new hire onboarding and exit processes.
  • Draft and send offer letters in collaboration with the recruitment team.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees across regions (U.S., Canada, LATAM), including remote contractors.
  • Handle equipment shipments and system access setup in partnership with IT.

Internal Culture & Events

  • Organize and execute internal events, team-building activities, and company celebrations.
  • Collaborate with the HR culture committee to implement inclusive, morale-boosting initiatives.
  • Help shape and sustain a culture that supports engagement, wellbeing, and performance.
  • Office & Facilities Management
  • Manage day-to-day office operations in the Chicago office (e.g., supplies, deliveries, cleanliness).
  • Coordinate equipment logistics for remote employees (e.g., laptops, onboarding kits).
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets and work with corporate IT as needed.

Policy, Wellness & ESG

  • Help implement HR and wellness best practices across the region.
  • Draft and communicate HR policies and updates to employees.
  • Serve as a point of contact for ESG reporting and sustainability-related HR activities.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR or HR Coordinator role, ideally in a fast-paced or consulting environment.
  • Proven experience with HRIS systems (e.g., TriNet, BambooHR, Workday, ADP, or similar platforms).
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, especially in handling sensitive employee data.
  • Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience managing HR in a multi-country or remote workforce context (especially U.S., Canada, or Latin America).
  • Comfortable with basic payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Demonstrated success leading employee events or cultural initiatives.
