Contract Accounts Receivable Specialist (10-12 Weeks)

Location: Northwest Side of Indianapolis

Job Type: Contract, Fully In-Office

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Posting Customer Payments: Accurately record incoming payments to customer accounts.
• Bank Deposits: Prepare and reconcile bank deposits to ensure accuracy.
• Data Accuracy: Maintain detailed and up-to-date payment records in the company's accounting systems.
• Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and maintain strong customer account statuses.

• Previous experience in accounts receivable or related accounting roles.
