They are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Industrial Construction Estimator to join their team in Lordstown, OH, where they are building a groundbreaking $500 billion industrial manufacturing facility. Whether you're a local expert or an experienced professional ready to travel, this is a rare opportunity to shape the success of a high-profile, cutting-edge project with a truly global powerhouse. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Industrial Construction Estimator position include:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• 8-10 years of estimating experience, with 5+ years on industrial design-build projects
• Prepare conceptual through detailed estimates for large-scale industrial manufacturing facilities
• Perform quantity take-offs, cost analysis, subcontractor/vendor pricing, and risk reviews
• Proficiency with estimating tools such as Sage, WinEst, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar platforms
• Collaborate with field teams, designers, and project managers to align estimates with project scope and delivery strategies
• Support procurement activities, change management, and ongoing design-phase estimating during construction
• Mentor junior estimators and contribute to cost narrative development for proposals
• Experience with fast-track or EPC delivery models is a plusSalary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
