Job Description:

Join a passionate team of master craftsmen at a fast-growing custom woodworking company in Chesterfield, MO! This exciting Senior Woodworker / Finish Carpenter position offers the opportunity to build and finish high-end, luxury wood doors, shutters, and millwork in a collaborative, detail-focused environment. From white oak to African mahogany, you'll work on premium custom projects in a shop that's moving into a brand-new 16,000 sqft facility—making now the perfect time to get on board!

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Woodworker / Finish Carpenter position include:

• Minimum 7 years of professional woodworking or finish carpentry experience
• Strong proficiency in operating woodworking machinery and hand tools
• Ability to read shop drawings and take precise measurements
• Build and finish custom wood doors, shutters, and millwork
• Execute precision joinery and apply custom finishes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members and help train junior staff when needed
• Experience with CNC machines and custom spray finishes is a plus
• Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, with occasional overtime (paid at time-and-a-half)Salary: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
