Job Description:

Join a rapidly growing residential construction firm located just one hour southeast of Knoxville in scenic Pigeon Forge, TN, as a Residential Construction Estimator! With a focus on upscale custom homes ranging from $700K to $3.5M, this company offers exciting projects and a clear opportunity for upward mobility.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential Construction Estimator position include:

• Minimum of 5+ years of residential estimating experience required
• Proficiency with Buildertrend, Square Takeoff, or comparable construction estimating software
• Ability to prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Experience analyzing blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine the scope of work
• Comfortable working in-office 90% of the time and conducting occasional on-site visits
• Skilled at reviewing contracts and negotiating with suppliers/subcontractors
• Capable of preparing detailed proposals and pricing breakdowns for clients
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods and local building codesSalary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
