DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand perception, product adoption, and audience engagement. You will work with global product solutions, product managers, business specialists, and other cross-functional teams to bring YouTube Ads product messaging and announcements to market. You will be the part of a team that leads marketing strategy and execution for YouTube advertising products. You will drive programs that ensure products launch in the market. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $137,000-$201,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Develop and execute marketing strategies for new and existing advertising products, features, and solutions in YouTube's video portfolio including Brand Connect, YouTube Shorts, Creator Partnerships Hub, and Insights Finder.
  • Create product messaging, positioning, and claims that showcase how YouTube helps advertisers.
  • Develop marketing communications and go-to-market plans for upcoming product launches, enhancements, or changes to drive adoption and positive perceptions.
  • Help to develop educational materials and programs for advertisers including tutorials, workshops, and case studies, that demonstrate the value and capabilities of YouTube's advertising products and solutions.
  • Work with business, product, and other YouTube Ads marketers to gain insights into advertiser needs and feedback, ensuring strategy and Go-to-Market (GTM) market insights with cross-functional objectives.
