Description

Under general supervision, designs, develops, implements and maintains innovative and replicable programs/procedures supporting FedEx sales, senior leadership and customers creating value and effective strategies for FedEx. Requires the application of specialized/technical skill sets relevant to the role and objective of the department.

Essential Functions

• Works individually and with teams with internal/external customers.
• May participate in review, analysis, and interpretation of data/information creating innovative solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business or a related field.

Minimum Experience

Two (2) years experience in designing, maintaining, and/or implementation of solutions to complex business situations or one (1) year of experience in the Solutions Foundations program. Experience is specifically related to the department's specialty.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proficient in business software, spreadsheet applications, and/or graphics or web development.

Ability to plan and work on multiple assignments concurrently.

Good interpersonal skills.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Designs, implements, and manages automation and operations for sales incentives. Ensures compliance, drives scalable efficiency, and partners cross-functionally to improve execution and deliver insights that enhance operational performance. Designs and automates sales comp models, streamlines processes, and recommends data-driven improvements. Leverages analytics and automation tools to deliver insights, improve efficiency, and support strategic sales decisions.

Pay: Memphis, TN Pay Range: $8,452.14/month - $14,368.63/month.
