As part of the Governance & Experience organization, the Experience Team is dedicated to delivering trustworthy, high-quality experiences across the entire customer journey on TikTok Shop — from pre-purchase to post-purchase. We work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key pain points, drive customer-centric improvements, and continuously elevate user satisfaction on a global scale.

Examples of what you'll work on:

• Support the design and improvement of user-facing processes such as return and refund experiences, customer compensation, or VOC (Voice of Customer) analysis
• Conduct data-driven analysis to identify pain points and recommend improvements across the customer journey
• Collaborate with product, operations, training, quality, and policy teams to implement experience-related initiatives
• Monitor key experience metrics and support dashboard/reporting development to track improvement outcomes
• Participate in cross-team workshops to align on experience goals, process changes, and business trade-offs

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Final year student (graduate in 2026) or recent graduates with less than 1 year of working experience, majoring in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Social Sciences, or related fields with strong academic performance.
