Job Description:

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:

3-5 years of experience in drywall, acoustical ceilings, or light gauge framing systems
Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or MS Project
Strong blueprint reading and construction document interpretation skills
Manage commercial projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, and vendor coordination
Serve as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams
Monitor site progress, conduct field inspections, and enforce safety standards
Handle cost control, change orders, and subcontractor payments
Ensure project documentation and compliance with OSHA and local codesSalary: $70,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
