This position provides executive-level clinical oversight while maintaining direct involvement in patient care, ensuring quality services across multiple clinics in Florida. Develop goals, objectives, strategies, programs, and budgets for assigned areas

Evaluate efficiency of operations and recommend improvements

Provide direct patient care as needed, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive services

Must be flexible serving as the Clinical right hand of the Executive DirectorAttend community meetings and functions as neededRequirementsBachelor s Degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Health Care Management, Nursing, Business Administration, Social Work, or related field

Master s Degree preferred

Clear and active License in the State of FloridaNurse Practitioner (NP)Physician Assistant (PA)Minimum of 7 years of healthcare experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management capacity

Strong leadership, organizational, and delegation skills
