Robert Half's client in Marlborough is looking for a candidate who can provide Operations Support to a busy Operations Department. The Operations Support staff would be responsible for:
- Scanning, uploading and organizing files
- Putting electronic files in the right folders
- Maintaining organizational systems
- Performing data entry accurately into spreadsheets
- Answering calls/responding to inquiries
- Providing customer service
- Supporting internal employees with a variety of issues
- Providing internal employees with the requested info/documents
- Strong attention to detail is a MUST
WHERE: Marlborough, fully on site
WHEN: Monday, September 22nd
DURATION: ~2 months (potential to extend)
HOURS: M-F | 9am-5pm
