A client based in Buckhead is seeking a Billing Specialist to join their Billing and Order Management team. This role is responsible for accurate customer onboarding, order processing, and invoice management. The Billing Specialist will work closely with internal teams to ensure orders are processed correctly, customer details are maintained, and workflows are followed through to completion. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, processing payments in NetSuite, validating billing and shipping addresses, managing a shared billing inbox, and reconciling sales orders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in working with ERP systems. This position requires in-office attendance three days per week. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; a background in Accounting or Finance is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar role
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite is required, SAP is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume tasks accurately
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent communication skills and ability to respond promptly to internal and external inquiries
• Strong organizational and research skills
• Must be able to work onsite in Buckhead three days per week
