Robert Half is seeking System Administrators to proactively build our talent pipeline for clients in the Raleigh market. These roles will manage day-to-day systems operations, optimize infrastructure, and ensure uptime for business-critical systems.
Responsibilities:
- Administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and cloud services.
- Manage virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V) and storage solutions.
- Implement updates, backups, disaster recovery, and monitoring tools.
- Troubleshoot server, network, and software performance issues.
- Collaborate with IT leadership on infrastructure improvement projects.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years' experience in system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Office 365, and virtualization.
- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud services.
- Familiarity with security hardening and compliance standards.
- Certifications such as MCSA, Azure Administrator, or CompTIA Security+ a plus.
