- Manage collections for approximately 500 customer accounts
- Contact customers via phone, email, and automated systems to follow up on outstanding invoices
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, invoice discrepancies, and surcharges (including new tariff-related fees)
- Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Customer Service, Credit) to resolve payment issues
- Monitor aging reports and prioritize collection efforts to meet cash flow goals
- Document all collection activities and maintain accurate records in ERP systems
- Assist with invoice generation and cash application as needed
- Support month-end close and reporting activities
- Cover customer accounts across the U.S., Canada, and Australia
- Engage with distributor-based sales channels
- 2+ years of experience in A/R or collections
- Experience managing high-volume invoicing (2,000-2,500/month)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle EBS preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
- French language skills a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
