Payroll CoordinatorLocation: Onsite in Seattle, WAContract Length: 8 monthsPay Rate: $26-$30/hour DOE

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator for an onsite 8-month contract in Seattle, WA. This role will support payroll operations by ensuring accurate data entry, compliance with regulations, and effective communication between employees, HR, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, verify, and input employee payroll data (timesheets, hours, and deductions)

• Assist with processing payroll cycles to ensure accuracy and timeliness

• Maintain and update employee payroll records in accordance with company policies

• Coordinate with HR and Finance to resolve discrepancies in payroll and benefits data

• Generate and distribute payroll reports as needed

• Support compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations

• Provide responsive support to employee inquiries regarding pay and timekeeping

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of payroll or administrative experience (exposure to payroll systems preferred)

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn payroll software (ADP, Workday, or similar)

• Knowledge of payroll processes and basic compliance requirements

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
