Sales Assistant LHH Recruitment Solutions  is currently seeking a Sales Assistant, with 3 years of experience in a similar role. This is a great Direct Hire opportunity, located in Manhattan, NY. Responsibilities:

• Handle product sample requests, tracking, and returns throughout the full lifecycle.
• Manage order processes from item setup to delivery, ensuring 99% accuracy in data and documentation.
• Submit item setups to retailers via portals and spreadsheets, verifying all required fields before submission.
• Assist the Executive Sales Manager with daily sales tasks and account coordination.
• Prepare meeting materials, attend sales meetings, and convert notes into clear action items.
• Monitor product data, deadlines, and status using PLM software and customer portals.
• Review purchase orders for accuracy in dates, quantities, pricing, and terms prior to approval.
• Maintain and update Excel master sheets to track orders and ensure data consistency.
• Ensure timely, clear, and documented communication with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications:

• High attention to detail, ability to multitask

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Assistant role supporting a sales team  

Worksite: On Site    Employment type: Direct Hire Salary- $60,000-65,000/yr       

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
