We're seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Medical Collector. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring the financial health of the organization and supporting the critical mission of providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage patient accounts, ensuring accurate and timely collections of outstanding balances.

  • Engage with patients, insurance companies, and medical staff to resolve billing issues and expedite payments.

  • Utilize your analytical skills to review account histories and identify trends, implementing strategies to improve collections.

  • Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.

  • Proactively address and resolve any discrepancies or disputes in billing, providing exceptional customer service to patients and stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical collections, insurance follow up.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in medical billing and coding is a plus.

 This position is ONSITE. Monday to Friday

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
