LHH is seeking a Healthcare Recruiting Manager for a 10-12-week temporary opportunity with one of our clients just south of Richmond, VA. This is an onsite role and prior hospital experience is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for both clinical and non-clinical roles

• Maintain a continuous candidate pipeline

• Source, screen, and interview candidates across various healthcare disciplines

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates

• Provide recruiting services aligned with established processes and systems

• Support administrative tasks related to recruiting and onboarding

• Partner with leadership to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies

• Ensure timely and effective communication throughout the hiring process

• Assist with reporting and tracking recruitment metrics

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
