LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our client's sales team in managing orders, coordinating with vendors, and handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in office operations and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities:

• Process and track customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve any order-related issues

• Maintain and update sales records, reports, and databases

• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts

• Support the sales team with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reorders with vendors

• Provide administrative support for sales initiatives and events

• Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of office experience in an administrative or sales support role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with CRM systems is a plus

Hours:

• 9:00am-5:00pm

• Monday through Friday
