? Location: On-site | Evendale, OH⏱ Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some flexibility required)? Pay Range: $22hr to $27hr based off experience
Position Summary:We are seeking a Learning Centre Operations Coordinator to manage daily operations, event coordination, and internal support services at a high-traffic learning and events facility. This role provides direct support to leadership and works closely with internal departments including security, catering, and facilities, as well as external vendors. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, detail-oriented, and highly organized—with a strong ability to coordinate activities and communicate effectively across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of the learning center's event scheduling and room reservations using the internal system
Act as the point of contact for coordinating event setup needs, including AV/IT, catering, room configuration, and special requests
Maintain and distribute weekly reports; coordinate communication between internal staff, customers, vendors, and other departments
Perform daily walk-throughs and meetings with the housekeeping and catering teams to ensure readiness and quality
Inventory management and restocking of room and office supplies
Provide office management support including ordering supplies and maintaining a clean, professional environment
Update content on the Learning Centre website (web design experience helpful but not required)

Education/Experience:
5+ years of relevant experience in coordination or event planning
Pay Details: $22.00 to $27.00 per hour
