Position Overview:
The internal account manager III role is a senior account management position that works directly with our business-to-business customer(s), sales team, operational departments, and key vendors to provide timely and effective communication, manage daily account activity, ensure compliance with customer standards, and report creation and analysis as needed. In addition to account development, sales support, order management, issue resolution, and follow up, this role also includes supervisory and training responsibilities. Further, this position requires a thorough working knowledge of OPB's systems, protocols, and products as well as professional customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.
Essential Job Functions Include:
Thorough understanding of customer account(s) and compliance with customer KPI's.
Provide the OPB team with insight into customer's order activity and feedback for sales forecasting.
Pro-actively identify and address issues that could impact account performance, either positively or negatively.
Assist with the implementation of new customer programs and initiatives.
Understanding of and assistance with open A/R issues.
Direct oversight of assigned account managers, including training.
Management of open orders and related sales activity.
Management and maintenance of customer information in OPB's systems.
Respond to all communication (written and verbal) in a timely, knowledgeable, and professional manner.
Sales support, including trade shows, sales materials, presentations, and sales and inventory reporting.
Maintain open communication with our overseas offices.
Travel as required.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
At least three years of direct account management experience.
Highly proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to develop and lead a team.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned duties in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
