How you'll make an impact

Internal and External Engagement Strategies: Enhancing Connections with Clients and Stakeholders

  • Client Engagement and Solutions Adoption: Develop and implement strategies to engage clients effectively, promoting the adoption of digital solutions that align with business priorities and client needs. Oversee the onboarding, management and offboarding of clients working in close collaboration with the business and tech.
  • Collaborative Engagement Planning: Work alongside cross-functional teams, including digital, tech, transformation, and the Global Products and Practices (GPP), to craft and execute engagement plans that address both internal stakeholders and the entire client lifecycle. 
  • Change Management Frameworks: Assist in the creation and execution of change management frameworks led by Change Management to foster awareness, readiness, and sustained adoption of new digital tools and processes.
  • Training Development and Oversight: Partner with the Global Centre of Excellence (GCOE) for Training in India to manage the creation of training materials and FAQs, gather requirements, and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the business to ensure successful utilization.
  • Communication and Feedback: Coordinate communications, training, and feedback loops with stakeholders and clients to facilitate smooth transitions and ensure high satisfaction during change initiatives. Liaise with change manager, marketing, internal communications, and the project team, providing weekly status update on progress, challenges, key decisions and help required. Maintain a communication tracker - both internal and external. Help build out the stakeholder lists. Provide monthly summary or update comms re: portals project to help inform the business
  • Marketing and Portal Collaboration: Work with marketing, Visualization, and Portal resources to develop campaign strategies that enhance awareness of digital evolution where applicable.
  • Business Readiness Activities: Support activities related to process and operational readiness, alignment, and onboarding plans for new client-facing capabilities and internal business readiness requirements. This includes supporting Change Management with business impact analysis and business readiness review.
  • Governance and Integration: Contribute to governance forums (e.g., SteerCos, GTB) by preparing updates, aligning dependencies, and ensuring change and engagement activities are integrated into delivery plans.

Content Management: Enhancing Client Experience and Strategic Alignment

  • Content Timing and Consistency: Collaborate with Portal resources to assess and optimize the timing of content postings, ensuring a consistent and evolving experience for clients.
  • Content Maintenance and Collaboration: Support the maintenance of Portal content by liaising with marketing, Global Products and Practices (GPP content manager), Global Strategic Advisory (GSA), Insight leads, and other relevant parties to ensure content is current and relevant.
  • Content Strategy Development: Partner with business stakeholders, marketing teams, and Portal resources to shape and deliver a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with organizational goals and enhances client engagement.
  • CMS Optimization: Support the optimization of the content workflow and lifecycle, ensuring it meets business requirements and facilitates scalable, decentralized content operations.
  • Support Strategic Content Management: Support the development and execution of a content management strategy that promotes digital platform adoption. Ensure that all content is high-quality, compliant, and aligned with user journeys and business objectives.

Client Experience: Driving Engagement and Continuous Improvement

  • Roadmap Rollout Management: Collaborate with broking and analytics steering committees / Pillar leads, as well as individual Insight project resources, to define and manage the rollout requirements for roadmap items, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Engagement Metrics and Adoption Tracking: Assist in identifying, tracking, and reporting on client engagement metrics, stakeholder sentiments, and adoption trends to gauge the effectiveness of initiatives and strategies.
  • Feedback & Reporting: Help run feedback sessions on development of portals. Compile and analyze findings to assess the impact of client engagement efforts, providing insights for continuous improvement of products and client experience, including executive-level reporting.
  • Analytics and Feedback Utilization: Advocate for the use of analytics and client feedback to enhance content effectiveness to guide insights planning, ensuring that client experiences are consistently optimized.
About You

Required:

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
