Job Summary:

The Practice Development Specialist will be responsible for managing activities to support the integration of the business with the suite of technology tools. Integration includes incorporating the suite of tools into the business of our sales force via best practice development, training efforts and communication.

MOSAIC & A360 SKILLS

  • Become the subject matter expert and trainer of all critical sales processes within our business technology suite - specifically MOSAIC and A360
  • Understand the tools and activities an advisor needs to maintain and grow their business
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to understand the business model and goals of the sales markets and individual RM practices
  • Develop and maintain best practices for how relationship managers leverage the tools available to them
  • Provide solutions to maximize productivity, operational efficiency and growth
  • Support change initiatives related to process improvement, data integrity, reporting practices, and client management

TRAINING AND COMMUNICATION

  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding for new relationship managers and their assistants
  • Provide ad hoc training to experienced relationship managers, taking the time to understand their practice and developing a plan to integrate their business into the tools
  • Provide enhancement training to ensure the newest feature can be integrated into the process

REPORTING

  • Partner with organizational leadership to identify goals for adoption and project plan for execution
  • Establish the use of reports to ensure agency goals are on target
  • Monitor adoption metrics, analyze usage patterns, and proactively address gaps through reinforcement strategies or process updates

The base salary range for this position is $75,000.00 - $91,000.00. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
