- Handle and reply to customer enquiries via telephone, fax, email and social media platform(s) Prepare verbal and/or written quotation(s) on sales Follow up on all quotation(s) by making outbound calls and emails to customers to ensure the completion of the sales cycle Understand customers’ needs and provide additional information to identify additional sales opportunities Establish good rapport with existing and new customers Update sales and management team on customer feedback and order information Process sales order, liaise and coordinate with vendors, operations, logistics, and technical workshop departments for efficient and timely delivery Update inventory stock records and file sales-related documents Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement A successful candidate will possess:
- At least GCE "O"/"N" Level and above qualifications 2 years of sales-related experience, preferably in a marine industry Customer oriented characteristics with a positive persona Can-do attitude and a resilient spirit Willingness to put in individual effort to achieve a team-oriented outcome Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 8.00am to 5:15pm Alternate-Saturdays: 8.00am to 12.00pm (work-from-home arrangement)
