Als Functioneel/Business Analist bij Elmos ben jij de brug tussen business en IT. Je werkt op consultancybasis voor sterke klanten, in projecten die ertoe doen:

• Je analyseert en vertaalt complexe businessbehoeften naar heldere functionele requirements.
• Je visualiseert processen en ontwerpen met BPMN of UML.
• Je werkt nauw samen met ontwikkelaars en test de oplossing grondig.
• Je geeft advies, leidt workshops en bouwt een duurzame relatie op met je klant.
• Je denkt proactief mee over optimalisatie, schaalbaarheid en innovatie.

Of je nu als Professional of als Senior Analyst aan de slag gaat, jij speelt een sleutelrol in het succes van het project én van je klant. Vereisten

• Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring als analist in een IT-context.
• Je spreekt de taal van zowel business als techniek.
• Je hebt kennis van tools als SQL, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
• Je werkt gestructureerd met Agile-methodologieën.
• Kennis van API's, databases, .NET of security is een mooie plus.
• Je denkt oplossingsgericht en weet anderen te overtuigen met je analyses.
