Voor een sterke en duurzame speler ben ik momenteel op zoek naar een Business Process Analist. Je komt terecht in een functie waarbij je zal inzetten op procesoptimalisatie van de huidige en toekomstige processen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

• Je maakt een uitgebreide analyse van de bedrijfsprocessen in samenwerking met de domeinverantwoordelijken.
• Je organiseert workshops om de eindgebruikers te ondersteunen.
• Je werkt nauw samen met de verschillende partners om de nieuwe processen te implementeren.
• Junior- en medior analisten kunnen steeds bij jou terecht om advies te vragen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

• Je kijkt terug op zeker 5 jaar ervaring in een functie binnen procesoptimalisatie. Bij voorkeur in een operationele context.
• Je blinkt uit in analytisch en conceptueel denken en weet operationele uitdagingen helder te definiëren of in vraag te stellen.
• Je communiceert op een vlotte manier met de verschillende teams.
• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans.

• Bruto maandsalaris tussen €4.000 en €6.500, afhankelijk van ervaring en kennis.
