• identify clients' needs and potential in order to offer them suitable solutions, particularly in terms of investment and asset management, within a comprehensive approach
• contribute to the development of prospects and clients of the team
• collaborate closely with other segments and specialists to offer clients complete solutions
• prepare and participate in client visits and events
• ensure administrative follow-up of client relationships, manage related risks, and respond to daily requests

You’ll get to

• build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
• support teams who provide private, institutional, and corporate clients with financial advice and solutions
• learn about all major traditional and alternative asset classes

Start date February 2026Your teamYou’ll be working amongst a team of client advisors in the Wealth Management Switzerland Oberwallis eam. You’ll be working as a part of a large-scale global asset manager offering investment capabilities and styles across all major traditional and alternative asset classes, from active to passive and including a comprehensive sustainable investing offering.Your expertiseWe’re looking for a candidate who

• will graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree no more than 18 months prior to starting our program, with less than 12 months of work experience post-graduation
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication and collaboration skills
• has an interest in financial markets, numbers, models, and products
• is fluent in both French, English and German
