- 2nd-Level-Support Aushilfe
- Verwaltung der Hard- und Software
- Fehleranalyse und Behebung von technischen Problemen
- Beteiligung an Projekten
- Erstellen von Dokumentationen und AnleitungenProfil- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker mit EFZ
- Fundierte Kenntnisse mit Betriebssystemen wie Windows Server, Linux (z. B. Ubuntu, CentOS) und/oder Unix
- Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerkprotokollen, Routing, Switching und grundlegenden Netzwerkprinzipien
