Unser Kunde sucht eine Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (65%). Als Bezugsperson im Kernteam übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Begleitung deiner Bezugspatient:innen vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt. Du planst den Pflegeprozess, stellst die Durchführung der geplanten Interventionen sicher und leitest die abteilungsübergreifende Skillsgruppe oder arbeitest dich in diesen Bereich ein. Zudem beteiligst du dich an der Weiterentwicklung der pflegerischen Angebote und des therapeutischen Milieus auf der Station.

• Erste Berufserfahrungen in der Psychiatrie oder Ausbildung in einer psychiatrischen Klinik
• Idealerweise Kenntnisse in DBT (Dialektisch Behaviorale Therapie)
