?Offre de mission freelance UNIQUEMENT – Assistant(e) rédaction de PV de CSE / CSSCT

Je recherche un(e)assistant(e) freelancepour accompagner un client régulier depuis 3 ans dans larédaction de procès-verbaux de CSE et CSSCT.

Votre mission :

• Assisterphysiquementaux réunions (en présence autour de la table, +15 participants)
• Prendre des notes et utiliser l’enregistreur audio fourni
• Rédiger le PV à partir d’unetrame déjà établie
• Effectuer une retranscriptionfidèle et structurée(au mot à mot, mais phrases reformulées pour plus de clarté)
• Livrer le procès-verbal dans undélai de 15 joursaprès chaque réunion

Fréquence :

• Réunions mensuelles(mission régulière et récurrente)
• Réunions extraordinairespossibles en complément

Mi-octobre

Profil recherché :

• ExpérienceOBLIGATOIRE et IMPÉRATIVEen rédaction de PV deCSE / CSSCT
• Rigueur, fiabilité et excellente maîtrise rédactionnelle
• Capacité à restituer avec précision les échanges d’un comité nombreux
• Références obligatoires
